Refund Policy for Coaching Session & Business Consultation Packages
At Devadhipa Consulting, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching services that empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients' needs as fairly and transparently as possible. Please review our refund policy for coaching session packages outlined below.
#### Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Single Sessions:
- Cancellation:
- Clients may cancel a single coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling:
- Clients can reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
2. Session Packages (Multiple Sessions):
- Cancellation and Refund:
- If you wish to cancel a coaching session package, you may do so within 7 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been used. A full refund will be issued.
- If you have used one or more sessions, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the remaining unused sessions. An administration fee of 10% of the total package cost will be deducted from the refund.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Rescheduling:
- Sessions within a package can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the session being forfeited.
3. No-Show Policy:
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notification (no-show), the session will be considered used and no refund or rescheduling will be permitted.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations or exceptions to the above policies.
#### How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at reachus@devadhipa.in with your name, purchase details, and reason for the cancellation. It will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and money to be credited back to the primary source used to make the payment
